At back: 1) Poor rate assessments, 1780, 1784, 1789, 1797, 1805. 2) "A scheme for binding Apprentices according to the value of Estates". Agreement about this, 1801, with table showing 8 apprentices, (with their names and ages) being bound to various estate owners.
